Q: Can we push our "sick qi" out during Level 1 – Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down?
Author:Admin Release time:19/3/2013 Read:2341

Q: For those patients who practice Level 1 – Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down, is it advised that they push their "sick qi" to the sky and the ground when they do the push-pull?

It is not advised to do so. We do the push-pull to open the channel for the exchange between us and nature, so more Hunyuanqi would come to the body inside. With sufficient Hunyuanqi, illness would get healed. If you think of the "sick air" and push it out, the channel would be for the "sick qi". In fact, it is not better than doing the push-pull for the exchange of qi with nature Hunyuanqi.
