A: If there are any signs of emotional disturbance, one should control it. This is the time when we can exercise our conscious self-control, and others would not have much help. If you let yourself find reasons, the mood will be increasing. Most people would feel that they have reasons and always find the lack on the outside. In fact, this is for the absolving of their own emotion. If we have any emotional disturbance, we should think that this is the reaction of the progress in qigong. We should not let the mood out, or else qi would go away. We should keep the qi inside. Do not find any reasons on the outside, and keep our balance. Hence, one should hasten to practice qigong and do not worry about the outside if any mood arises. |
