Miss Leung – Recover from Urine Blood and Get Healthier after Qi Pulling

Editor: Miss Leung went to the hospital for the treatment of urine blood but the result was not desirable. Then she went to our Hong Kong Zhineng Qigong Centre for qi treatment and practiced qi pulling. After one week, she completed recovered from the condition. After several weeks, friends told her that she looked healthier and prettier. She had also recovered from stuffed nose and her belly has shrunk since then.
From Monday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all are welcome to join the qi pulling activity at our centre. It’s free!
Qi pulling seems easy. It is just an “open and close” gesture of palms and does not need any energy. It is particularly suitable for those who don’t like aerobic exercises like me. However, I am surprised I’ve gained a lot through this simple qi pulling.
At first, I practiced qi pulling for 3 hours in hope of improving my health condition and make my breathing feel better. I decided I would try it for 3 months to see whether it helped me or not. I thought at least it would take me 3 months to see the result. However, after 2 weeks of qi pulling, I found that my big belly had disappeared and felt much better than before!
In fact, it is easy to give up in the first month of practice. I only found the result in my belly but not in the other area. In addition, I tried to adjust my palms for the best condition of getting qi but I found constant adjusting make the qi flow between my palms not stable. Last but not least, it was boring for me.
But I didn’t give up and I tasted the scent of success after 2 months. I found I could take deeper breathe and my stuffed nose had recovered! I believed a smooth and deeper breath could make me healthier as more oxygen could go into my lung. This experience makes me aware that qi would get into problematic areas automatically and repair them without your conscious effort. This is the “side effect” of qi pulling.
I usually get a full feeling of qi after one and a half or two hours. Hence, one should persist in order to get the result.
My last advice about qi pulling is that one should persist. Do not give up because you feel bored or do not find any result. Give yourself a considerable period of time before the result is ripped. |
